As a former multi unit restaurant owner operator, I can honestly say this place beat all expectations. My wife and I have had the pleasure to eat all over the world. Our food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Nothing was from a box. Very authentic.

This is an amazing hidden gem in Cinco Ranch. The food was authentic Italian! My family lives in Italy currently, I am a first-gen from southern Italy and my wife lived in Italy for a time. The service by our waiter, Roberto, was superb. We decided to go full course Italian style for our dinner - app, salad course, a pasta course, and second/main course finished with espresso and limoncello. We had the grilled Langoustine special as an appetizer and the handmade Ravioli Ai Funghi... "Amazing"

I am so glad to see this restaurant has a five star rating. I cannot tell you how yummy this food is!! I've been all around Italy, and fell in love with the people and food. This is a very authentic piece of Italy... randomly in Katy. I don't know how or why Palinuro decided to open up shop there, but I can tell you, I'm extremely grateful, and will be there every time I visit my family. Service is incredible, the ambiance beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious.
