Chef Paolo

Chef Paolo, our executive chef, has his roots on the Italian island of Sardinia. He has been honing his culinary skills for over 40 years in Italy and in a variety of restaurants in Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills.

Gabriele

Gabriele hails from the coastal town of Palinuro. He is a storyteller with food using his skill as a master of the old world techniques of handmade pasta to bring Italian tradition to life in a modern, suburban atmosphere. He brings over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry so local Texans can enjoy Italian delights served on an American table.

With a philosophy of seasonality, warm hospitality and the deeply rooted culinary traditions of southern Italy, we welcome you as honored friends at our table.

Chef Renato

Born in Tuscany, Renato began his culinary career there and moved to the U.S. in 1999. He worked as the executive chef at the Red Rock Resort & Casino and the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas. In 2010 he moved to Houston to head the kitchens of Hotel Granduca. Renato has been featured on cooking shows on the Food Network and is a silver medalist in the World Cup of Culinary Arts.
